Tooling, Molds & Formwork
From 3D printed polymer tooling to more conventional metallic and foam tooling all done in-house, we are able to select the optimal material and process for your tooling project to meet cost and schedule needs.

Large Scale Mockups & Prototyping
Large and full-sized mockups and prototypes; static and functional. Commonly used for marketing visuals at trade shows, functional training modules, and design verification for form, fit & function.

Thermoplastic Composite Parts
Avoid tooling altogether and directly 3D print the end-use parts and structures you need for your project out of thermoplastic composite materials.

Custom Dunnage Solutions
Large awkward parts and assemblies can be difficult to store and transport around without custom dunnage. A 3D printed solution can be easier and faster to manufacture versus welded steel or aluminum.
